The Block Gives Back

There's so many positive resources and organizations in the city that are doing the good work that we need, but one of our personal favs is The Block Gives Back.

The self-proclaimed "Degenerate Do-Gooders" have worked tirelessly in the city organizing donations and great events aimed at promoting community involvement and engagement throughout Philadelphia. The organizations works by targeting issues within the community and devising a plan to recruit local volunteers, businesses, organizations and community leaders to help in working toward a solution. 

Some events this amazing organization has a hand in include: Peace And Play Day, Feed The Block, Love Thy Park, Block 2 School, and Shop With Sean.
