Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for Express order processing and 2–5 business days for Standard order processing.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and ship your order. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During new releases, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping speed depends on the delivery method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Good Jawn Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply to qualifying orders before taxes and after discounts are applied. Delivery time for free shipping follows our Standard processing timeline unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Good Jawn Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to prevent theft.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and limited releases, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for review.
